— High Pressure Hydrostatic Test Systems

The Right Pressure,

Held Accurately, Every Test.

Purpose-built high pressure test rigs for hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, fittings, and equipment. We design and build the test rig. The actual testing is carried out by your team or your appointed testing authority.

The Challenge

Hydrostatic testing is only as reliable as the equipment doing the pressurising

A hydrostatic pressure test checks whether a pipeline, vessel, or fitting can hold its rated pressure without leaking or failing. The test result is only meaningful if the pressure is accurate, stable, and properly controlled. A system that surges, bleeds pressure unexpectedly, or cannot hold a set point consistently does not give you a result you can trust or certify.

The process starts by filling the test piece at low pressure to purge air, before the high pressure pump takes over to bring the system up to the required test pressure. The pump system has to handle both stages reliably, hold the test pressure without drift, and give the operator full control throughout.

WHAT JETRITE DOES

A test rig built around what you are testing and how you are testing it

We start by understanding what you need to test, what pressures are involved, what volumes you are dealing with, and how the rig needs to connect to your pipework or equipment. From that we specify the pump set, the pressure and flow controls, the safety systems, and the instrumentation.

The result is a test rig that pressurises accurately, holds pressure without drift, and gives your testing team the control and visibility they need to run a proper test. It leaves our workshop tested, documented, and ready to use.
